The Serpentine Protocol

Grand Strategy: God Against Satan-Baal-Melqart-Allah
The history of the world is not a random sequence of events. It is a coherent, unified campaign—a "Long War" between the Kingdom of God and the Fallen Cherub of Eden. This document traces the geopolitical lineage of the Adversary, from the Garden to the maritime empire of Tyre, the military machine of Carthage, and the desert fortress of Islam.

THE SERPENTINE PROTOCOL

SYSTEM MAPPING: EDEN >> TYRE >> MECCA

// 01. THE ORIGIN: THE PRINCE OF TYRE

The Bible explicitly links Satan to the geopolitical entity of Tyre. In Ezekiel 28, the "King of Tyre" is described not as a human, but as the "anointed cherub who covers," who was "in Eden, the garden of God."

This is the Melqart Connection. Melqart, the "King of the City," was the Baal of Tyre. He was a maritime deity, a god of commerce, exploration, and colonization. The Adversary chose the sea as his first vector for global dominion.
SYSTEM ANALYSIS: THE MARITIME STRATEGY Unlike land empires (Babylon, Assyria) which are slow and heavy, a maritime empire is fast, decentralized, and parasitic. It controls the "flow" of wealth rather than the land itself. Tyre was the first "Globalist" power, spreading the alphabet, commerce, and the worship of Baal/Melqart to the ends of the Mediterranean.

// 02. THE FIRST PROXY WAR: CARTHAGE VS. ROME

When Tyre fell to Alexander the Great (prophesied in Ezekiel 26), the spiritual headquarters of the Adversary moved to its greatest colony: Carthage.

Carthage was the "New City" (Qart-Hadasht). It was a civilization built on child sacrifice (the Tophet) and mercantile dominance. Its champion was Hannibal Barca ("Grace of Baal"), the greatest military genius of the ancient world.
The Punic Wars were not just about territory; they were a spiritual contest. Rome, for all its paganism, represented Law, Order, and the "Katechon" (Restrainer) that would eventually build the roads for the Gospel. Carthage represented the chaos of the deep, the hunger of Moloch, and the tyranny of the oligarchy.
INTEL: THE SERPENTINE VISION Before his invasion of Italy, Hannibal had a vision recorded by the historian Livy. He saw a youth of godlike beauty—a guide sent by Melqart. The being told him to follow and not look back. But Hannibal, overcome by primal curiosity, turned.

He saw a massive Serpent, crashing through the forest, leaving utter ruin in its wake. A black tempest of thunder and lightning coiled behind it. When he asked what it meant, the voice replied: "What thou beholdest is the desolation of Italy."

Hannibal was the spearhead of the Serpent, unleashed to destroy the embryonic structure of the West.

// 03. THE DIVINE CHECKMATE

God did not allow the Serpent to win. He raised up Scipio Africanus to defeat Hannibal at Zama. Rome razed Carthage to the ground, sowing its fields with salt. The "Maritime Vector" was shattered.

This paved the way for the Pax Romana—the unified world system that allowed the Apostles to travel freely from Jerusalem to Spain. The Adversary's defeat in the Punic Wars was a necessary precondition for the Incarnation.

// 04. THE SECOND VECTOR: THE DESERT FORTRESS

Defeated at sea, the Adversary retreated to the desert. Six centuries later, a new power emerged from the sands of Arabia: Islam.

The spirit of Baal/Melqart—the demand for submission, the rejection of the Son, the geopolitical ambition—found a new vessel in Allah. The strategy shifted from "Maritime Commerce" to "Military Submission."
GEOPOLITICAL SHIFT: THE GREEN WALL Islam acted as a "containment field" against the Gospel. By conquering the Middle East, North Africa, and Spain, it severed Europe from the rest of the world. It turned the Mediterranean into a barrier, bottling up Christendom in a small peninsula of Eurasia.

// 05. THE ATLANTIC BREAKOUT

God plays the long game. The Islamic blockade forced Europe to look West. Seeking a route to the Indies to bypass the Muslim monopolists, Columbus (a man driven by a messianic vision) sailed into the Atlantic.

The Divine Hijack: The Adversary tried to strangle the Church. Instead, he inadvertently caused the discovery of the Americas and the greatest expansion of Christianity in history. The "Spice Trade" was the economic engine God used to outflank the enemy.
