CONDITION: GO (EXECUTE 24H)
- BP is stable (Systolic < 125).
- Resting Heart Rate is low (50s/60s).
- You feel "Monk Clarity" (focus, no hunger).
CONDITION: ABORT (EAT AT 18H)
- You feel dizzy, irritable ("Hangry"), or weak.
- Your BP spikes (cortisol stress).
